American Rainwater Catchment Systems Association
In the three years that WaterPR managed ARCSA, we helped grow the organization from around 200 to almost 700 members. We helped update and professionalize the association's image by developing a new logo and website, a new glossy membership brochure, an electronic newsletter, web forum, and more. We served as the association's office, providing staff to answer calls and respond to e-mails from members and others in a timely manner.
WaterPR also offered event planning services, transitioning the association's conference into an annual event, and handling all logistical aspects of the conference, as well as assisting with speakers, sponsor and exhibitor recruitement and tracking, and serving as on-site staff for the events. In addition, we assisted with growing the association's professional accreditation program, from exam development to workshop planning, and provided adminstrative support for the program via exam grading and tracking the renewal status for accredited professionals.
Financial and Board management were other key services provided by WaterPR. We kept the association's financial records, and provided reports on a monthly basis to the Board members at their meetings. We also managed the Board meetings, assembling agendas and meeting materials and taking minutes for the Board. In addition, we assisted the Board with strategic planning for the association.
